Video 1001: warm-up routine, Suheir Zaki hip downs, a smooth travelling step, the body wave

After a lovely warm-up routine (which you can use as a standard warm-up before any practice session), we practice double hip accents combined with two different traveling steps.
Next is a cool sequence of accents with direction changes, followed by a smooth traveling step with different layering options.
We also focus on smooth transitions, Suheir Zaki hip downs and the body wave. At the end of class we practice everything in one combination of 32 counts, which you can adopt for your own drills or choreographies!
