Because I uploaded this on my birthday, I made this video completely free :) This is a full one hour belly dance class, structured as usual with a warm-up, then going into practicing moves in 4 combinations and a short cool-down. The combinations have a bit of everything that I love :) hip work, foot work, accents, and lots of smoothness… topped with flowing arms of course! We also have a little hip drill that goes into a walking shimmy. Enjoy!!
