11u-12u: Drill for Skill
Oefening baart kunst! We drillen onze buikdansmoves, maar ook spierversterkende oefeningen en stretches om je dans-skills te verbeteren komen aan bod, evenals tips om je eigen oefensessies te structureren.
12u30-14u30: Isolations: technique and patterns
In deze workshop concentreren we ons op het isoleren of apart bewegen van borstkas, heupen, buik. We oefenen verschillende technieken die we dan samenvoegen in spectaculaire patronen!
15u-17u: New Queenie-style combinations!
Nieuwe verrassende combinaties met krachtige heupen, dynamische pasjes en elegante armen! Niet te missen!

Practice makes perfect! Bellydance drills, strenghtening exercises and stretches to improve your dancing skills, including tips to structure your own practice.
12h30-14h30: Isolations: technique and patterns
In this workshop, we focus on isolating or the independent moving of chest, hips, belly. We will practice different techniques which will then be blended into spectacular patterns!
15h-17h: New Queenie-style combinations!
New surprising combinations with strong hips, dynamic steps and elegant arms! Not to be missed!
