Technique Intensive op 22 februariTechnique Intensive on 22nd February

Queenie geeft een nieuwe Technique Intensive! Werken aan precisie en een zuivere buikdanstechniek staat centraal. We verkennen verschillende onderwerpen in deze les van 3 uur.

We (her)bekijken de afzonderlijke technieken vanuit verschillende hoeken, gaan aan de slag met verschillende oefeningen en passen alles toe in combinaties.

In deze editie zullen we – onder andere – aandacht besteden aan:
– undulations (kameel, body wave en toepassingen)
– gedetailleerde heupisolaties (lifts en drops met variaties in timing)
– shimmies en shimmy-combinaties (layering)
– draaien gebruiken als accent

Er zijn slechts 9 beschikbare plaatsen, dus wees zeker op tijd met inschrijven!

Queenie is teaching a new Technique Intensive! Working on precision and clean belly dance technique is key. We explore several subjects in this three hour class.

We review the different techniques from different angles, practice using various exercises and apply the ideas in combinations. There are only 9 available places, so make sure to enroll timely!

In this session, the topics will – among others – include:
– undulations (camel, body wave + uses)
– detailed hip isolations (lifts and drops with timing variations)
– shimmies and shimmy combinations (layering)
– using turns as accent moves

Grote Zomerworkshop-TourSummer Workshop Tour

Deze zomer doe ik een tour langs enkele van mijn vertrouwde leslocaties, dus mis deze kans niet om in jouw regio te komen meedansen! Van 29 juli tot 3 augustus in Vlaams Brabant en Oost- en West-Vlaanderen!This summer I will do a tour along a few of my tried and trusted class locations, so do not miss this opportunity to come and dance along in your area! From 29th July to 3rd August in Aalst, Roeselare, Huldenberg and Tervuren (close to Brussels).
