De video van de online buikdans-oefensessie van deze week (#17) is er weer eentje met een extraatje!
Inhoud
In de opname komen verschillende buikdanstechnieken aan bod, onder meer het twist-pasje, de pivot-draai, de heupshimmy en de zijwaartse ‘sway’. Deze bewegingen worden toegepast in 6 combinaties. Deze voeren we aan het einde van de les uit op het wondermooie nummer “Gameel gamal” van de Egyptische componist Farid el Atrache.
Bonus
Bovenop de instructievideo die meer dan een uur duurt, krijg je een bonusvideo met de oefenchoreografie, die je gemakkelijk kan meevolgen en verder kan gebruiken om de technieken en de combinaties in te oefenen.

Several belly dance technique topics are featured in this recording, such as the twist travelling step, the pivot turn, the hip shimmy and the side sway. These movements are combined in 6 sequences. At the end of the class, these combinations are executed to the wonderful music “Gameel gamal” by Egyptian oud master Farid el Atrache.
Bonus
In addition to the instructional video of over an hour long, you get a bonus video with the practice choreography. This way, you can easily follow along and you can use the dance to practice the techniques and combinations further.
Subsequently, you can add your own interpretations to the practice choreography to get a dance that can be performed.
